		Currently Open Positions Call Center Supervisor (Full-Time) The primary responsibility of this position is supervising and coordinating the operation of Call Center activities to efficiently process telephone, fax, and online inquiries from members regarding products, services, transactions, and other information. In addition, this position is tasked with assisting Call Center employees with questions and problems, providing resolutions to ensure member satisfaction, assuring that the department is adequately staffed, and that employees are adequately trained to service the membership on all credit union products and services with the high level of quality member service RBCU is known for. Previous financial experience, consumer loan knowledge (especially in a credit union setting), and Spanish language skills are desirable. Previous supervision experience required. The hours for the Call Center Supervisor position are: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 8:45 am to 6:15 pm Saturdays 8:30am – 12:30pm    Richfield Bloomington Credit Union is an EEO Employer.
