Full-Time Technical Support Analyst
(77th Street Branch): Posting #14-09
This position will report to the Vice President of Information Technology.
The Technical Support Analyst is responsible for maintaining, upgrading and utilization of non-core software systems at RBCU. The individual will also work with members and employees to make sure the systems are working up to their full potential/specifications.
This position requires a minimum of 1 year experience working in a related position. Candidates should also have working knowledge of Windows Server, Windows desktop operating systems, computer hardware, printers, general office equipment, and some project management experience. Understands and maintains all components of RBCU’s online and voice banking products, loan application, and origination and closing systems. Works with management and staff for implementation of new remote delivery software.

Full-time Executive Administrative Assistant
(Lyndale Avenue Branch): Posting #14-08
This position will report to the President.
This position provides confidential, professional, administrative support to the President, senior management personnel, and board members that includes a wide range of administrative duties to be handled with confidentiality and discretion where required. The candidate will be responsible to prepare reports, correspondence, manuals, spreadsheets, and all other communications utilizing a broad range of computer applications for the President, senior management, and board. Assist in scheduling and/or arranging appointments, meetings, business trips, etc. for the President, other members of the senior management team, and board members. The individual will also serve as recording secretary at board meetings and board committee meetings and type up minutes.
