If there are any important changes, I (we) will notify Richfield/Bloomington Credit Union (RBCU) in writing immediately. I (we) also agree to notify RBCU of any change in name, address, or employment within a reasonable time thereafter. I (we) agree to provide additional information, such as income verification, if it is needed to make a credit decision.

I (we) understand that Richfield/Bloomington Credit Union (RBCU) will retain this application whether or not it is approved. RBCU is authorized to check my (our) credit, employment history, obtain a credit report, and to answer questions about credit experience with me (us). If I (we) request, RBCU will tell me (us) the name and address of any credit bureau from which it received a credit report on me (us). I (we) understand that it is a federal crime to willfully and deliberately provide incomplete or incorrect information on loan applications made to Federal Credit Unions or State Chartered Credit Unions insured by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA).
