All RBCU members are invited to attend the 2008 Member Appreciation Days! Credit union staff and volunteers are looking forward to showing their appreciation of RBCU’s members
with two days of food, fun, and (hopefully) sun!
On Friday, August 1st, RBCU will pitch a
tent in front of Westwood Elementary School in Bloomington. Then the very next day, Saturday, August 2nd, your credit union is going all out with a huge event spread in Roosevelt
Park, directly across the street from our Richfield office location.
Please join us for this special catered event where you can enjoy food such as brats, hot dogs
(including veggie dogs), potato chips, pasta salad, baked beans, cookies, popcorn, and of
course plenty of water and soda. There will also be a number of giveaway items for attending
members and entertainment will also be provided.
At the Friday Bloomington event this year, the Magician Jonathan Bryce will showcase his
talents from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. Then, during Saturday’s Richfield extravaganza, two
different musical bands will be featured: the kid-friendly (and kid-favorite) Teddy Bear Band
will perform from 10:45 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and then will transform into Rich and the Resistors – specializing in music from the 1950’s – the decade that saw the start of Richfield
Bloomington Credit Union.
Attention Parents: Saturday will be a fantastic day to bring the kids! Face painting,
balloon sculpture, and an inflatable jumping gym will all be available for their enjoyment.
Don’t miss out!
