Richfield turned 100 years old on February 26, 2008 and all year long, the community will enjoy a Centennial Celebration.
Though there are many activities and programs associated with this historic Richfield event, RBCU is particularly pleased to support the “Richfield Centennial Babies” program. Any baby born to Richfield parents throughout the year will be eligible for recognition as a Richfield Centennial Baby.
The babies (and their parents) will receive a certificate, a commemorative Centennial Baby bib, a piggy bank, a $25 coupon to open a child savings account at RBCU, a discount coupon for Kiddie Kandid photos from Babies R Us, and a .25% off coupon off a car loan at RBCU for the parents.
To qualify for this honor, the parents must fill out a Centennial Baby Enrollment Form and get the information to John Evans at the Richfield Community Center. The form can be found at the website: www.richfieldcentennial.org/BabiesForm.htm.
Additionally, the necessary information can also be taken by phone at 612-861-9395, faxed to 612-861-9388, emailed to jevans@cityofrichfield.org, or mailed or dropped off in person to: Richfield Community Center, 7000 Nicollet Ave., Richfield, MN 55423.
