Steven Vuong, long a member of Richfield Bloomington Credit Union, was named a 2008 Family Involvement Council (FIC) scholarship winner. Steven was chosen from more than 600 applicants to earn a $500 scholarship to be used towards furthering his education. The FIC considered applicants' school and community involvement, as well as their essay response to the question: "How should your credit union help you prepare for life?"
