On Monday, April 28th, learn how the credit union did financially last year and
take part in the Board of Directors election to help shape RBCU’s future for
years to come. The Annual Meeting will once again be located at Richfield
High School.
Though there will be Broadway Pizza (compliments of Shirley Evans of
Diversified Wealth Management) and ice cream (compliments of Jim Waters of
AutoStop) served, the most important piece of business for members will be
voting for the open seats on the RBCU Board of Directors.
Please park in the parking lot at the south end of Richfield High School. Enter through the“flag pole entrance.” The entrance will be marked.
Over $2,500 total in cash to be given away in drawings! A single door prize per person will
be distributed at the end of the meeting and only to those in attendance (No door prizes will
be available at any time after the annual meeting).

You received the complete Board of Directors candidate slate with your March
account statement. Please take the time to familiarize yourself with this year’s
candidates as your votes help determine the future of your credit union.
Remember: To both vote in the annual election and to participate in the
cash drawings occurring during the event, you MUST be a primary (first),
tax paying member listed on a Membership Share Account (formerly known as
a Capital Account). Joint status does not qualify you to vote or take part in
the drawing.
RBCU WILL NOT be able to open new Membership Share Accounts at the annual
meeting, so if voting or participation in the cash drawing is important to you, please stop
by either of our offices prior to April 25 to open a new account for yourself.
